Zio Peppe is a Greek enterprise with 5
company-owned resaturants and 19 franchise
units, 5 of which are in Albania.
Everything started in Rhodes in 1996 when the innovative Italian idea of selling
pizza "al metro" was introduced to the local market. The company specializes in fast
food catering of Italian food which is prepared in the restaurant with fresh and top
quality ingredients. Zio Peppe's main motive is
that the customer can choose the quantity of the pizza based on the length noted on the
special packaging.
In Zio Peppe's headquarters Sunsoft has installed the following applications:
Alexandros ERP, Alexandros Statistics and off line communication between headquarters and the
restaurants. Additionaly, the popular Alexandros
Amvrosia application was installed in the new restaurants in Ioannina and Nea
Ionia and the rest will follow…
