- P.O.S management
- Wireless ordering with RF Hand Held terminals or Pocket PCs: Connecting to user-friendly wireless portable terminals, the waiter can forward the order directly for execution from anywhere in the establishment
- Package delivery with customer caller ID recognition: Complete processing and monitoring of package sale, including order entry, changes (if requested), receipt printing, assignment to delivery boy. Automatic creation of barcode with order number and execution based on that
- Table management: Graphical and numeric table representation with colored visualization of each table number indicating pending orders and their status. Support for multiple price lists per table
- Cashier mode management: Separate user interface for handling take-away orders
- Kitchen mode management: Separate user interface for managing sandwich production. Table-Cashier-Kitchen modes can be integrated in the same workstation
- KDSi management: Interactive Kitchen Display System: Information system for kitchen production posts (buffet, bar, e.t.c). The producer monitors the orders, follows up priorities according to production times and updates the system on when and which orders are ready
- Multiple cash registers per point of sale and multiple ponts of sales per cash register: The application supports printing receipts through cash registers or fiscal printers
- Partial or full bill print per item and per order: printing of order bills-receipts according to Ledger Code
- Partial or full bill repayment per item and per order: Payment management in cash, by credit cards, pre paid cards, room charges (hotels) etc.
- Waiter management per shift and per table: Waiter scheduling
- Minimum consumption: Entrance ticket monitoring with minimum consumption amount control
- Items management: multiple price lists, connection to classes/groups/sub-groups of items
- Customer and card management: all customer data and respective accounting information based on their history
- Informational reporting: on daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis with multiple criteria
