Sunsoft realizes the need for its customer’s IT processes to operate undisrupted. To this end, it has created a complete range of support services
Over-the-phone support
The company offers its clients phone support for its software products. The call center operates Monday to Friday between 9:00-20:00 and Saturdays between 10:00-13:00. Throughout the warranty period the service is offered for free while after warranty has expired it is included as part of the maintenance contracts Sunsoft offers.
- Night phone support is offered as an optional support contract
- For “Alexandros Hotel Enterprise management” free 24/7 support is offered with a yearly maintenance contract
- On site mechanic
Sunsoft offers its customers the chance to call a mechanic to their own site to deal with any problems. Charge in this case is per hour according to Sunsoft’s services pricelist.
Maintenance contracts
Sunsoft offers a series of technical support packages through maintenance contracts bearing in mind each customer’s special needs. Response time, coverage period (office hours, outside office hours, holidays), phone support or mechanic on site are some parameters that will specify the right maintenance package for each customer.
Tel APPSW-TEL Application Support Basic Contract
- Phone support Monday to Friday between 9:00-20:00 and Saturdays between 10:00-13:00. This phone communication will be carried out by specified persons (max 2) of the client’s company
- 25% discount from Sunsoft’s pricelist for the cases that there will be need to buy services that are not covered by the contract
- Free software upgrades that are due to changes in Ledger Code. The upgrades will be performed by the client with phone support from Sunsoft if it is requested
NOTES
- Installations are available Monday to Friday between 9:00-17:00
- For every installation there is an additional charge of 1 hour in transit time
