MMCALL - Waiter wireless calling system

  

How does it work?

The enterprise places a wireless MMCALL device on each table in a restaurant/cafe or the umbrella of an organized beach. The customers push the device's button when they are ready to order or want to ask for the bill, the waiter is alerted via a vibrating wrist watch, sees the table number that is calling and promptly responds.

Where can it be used?

Operational scenario A - Kitchen/Buffet:

When the entire order for a table is ready the chef can alert the waiter responsible by pressing the table number and SEND on the control panel. The chef does not need to know which waiter is responsible for each table, the system traces them automatically.

Advantages:

  • Waiters don't have to constantly visit the kitchen to check if any of their orders are ready. This means more time to serve the restaurant's customers
  • Food is always served hot since there is no more waiting time for the waiter to collect the order
Operational scenario B - Order progression

Having installed the control panel at the restaurant's main hall, waiters can send messages to the kitchen to let the chef know that he should start the preparation of entrees (e.g. table 102 pass)

Advantages:

Waiters don't waste time going to the kitchen for the order to progress but are entirely focused on serving the customers

Operational scenario C - Discreet communication between employees:

With the help of the control panel managers of different departments can contact their employees by pressing 3-4 buttons. The enterprise manager can give instructions to any staff member that wears the system's wrist watch by pressing 3 buttons on the control panel. For example, the reception desk of a hotel can instruct the maid wearing wrist watch 1 to prepare a specific room, the office of a super market can call for help from the staff or an extra person at the cashier desks e.t.c.

Advantages:
The store's manager doesn't waste time looking for a specific employee to assign a task to. Also, task delegation becomes more effective so that employees are not dissatisfied that they are burdened.
