An interactive system for production stations in Restaurant & catering establishments - KDSi (Interactive Kitchen Display System)Sunsoft's unique application for bidirectional communication between production, order and points of sale, through touch screen. - The application is installed on touch screens in the establishment's preparation points and constantly updates the orders that must be executed real-time
- Each order is presented separately with every item's additives and complementaries
- The preparator can specify the start and end of preparation for every item or for the entire order
- Every item has its own preparation time that shows up on the screen and warns the user if its production is delayed based on the desired serving times and depending on serving priority (appetizers, entrees)
- Operates in multiple production points with each item showing up only on the screen of the production point that it's concerned with (e.g. salads at the buffet, entrees in the kitchen, drinks at the bar e.t.c)
- Total quantity per item is shown for pending orders
- The application monitors timings for every stage of the process (order, start of preparation, preparation finish, delivery) and accepts orders from all Amvrosia systems (Tables, Delivery, Cashier), Hand Held systems etc
