Alexandros Front Office has been designed by pioneers in hotel IT solutions in Greece. Considerable experience has infused the product with the necessary know-how making it the ideal solution to support IT processes in hotel enterprises.
Alexandros Front Office is tailored to all hotel units, regardless of their class, size, organization or range of offered services (lodging, catering e.t.c). This IT solution supports all processes and functions associated with Reservations, Reception Desk, Main Courante and debtors’ information while it can be integrated with the Amvrosia POS and General Ledger applications as part of the Alexandros infrastructure of the enterprise.
The application is developed in a Microsoft platform to fully harness the capabilities of Microsoft’s technology and applications such as MS Windows, MS Ofiice, MS SQL server, e.t.c.
Alexandros Front Office supports the following features among others:
- Agencies/Organizations (legal entities): further distinguished in agencies, corporations, public authorities, credit cards e.t.c
- Customers (natural persons): Full monitoring of customers with information of all their stays (Historical Archive)
- Contract Entry: Allotment and/or Commitment contract with tour operators for different time periods
- Collaborations: Several collaborations for each agency/enterprise with financial and other information, automatically transferrable to the respective reservations
- Packages (terms of accommodation): Package creation, capability of total price allocation
- Special Services (treatments, transfers): Treatments, transfers with periodic change
- Price Lists: For any time period, for individual customers or agencies/organizations
- Reservations: Individual, group, allotment, for any time period and choice or price list/package. Specialized reports for cancellations and no-show reservations
- Rooming List: Automatic creation from the moment a reservation is entered. Monitoring capability for different arrival and departure dates per guest. Entry of different terms of accommodation for each guest and each date
- Room Reservation/Availability Plan: Analysis plan of availability, allotment, commitment, total, per room type for a chosen time period, with a series of preferences (gross, cleared, allotment, actual - requested booking position, commitment e.t.c)
- Interactive Reservation Plan: Drag & Drop capability for the best room choice per reservation
- Booking position: Entry and monitoring of booking positions for each tour operator
- Guest accounts: Flexibility in managing guest and debtors’ accounts
